The Longwood Gardens has always been one of my favorite places for couple's portraits. We have documented wedding at this gorgeous location, captured tons of engagement sessions there. And it fascinates me every time we work at Longwood Gardens with all the variety and richness this remarkable park has to offer. The best part about Longwood Gardens is that it is always transforming and it never looks the same. Every season of the year is especially gorgeous on its own and every corner of the park is unique and interesting.
One of the main features of Longwood Gardens that I dearly love to photograph at is the Greenhouse. It is simply stunning with all of its exotic plants and vibrant greenery, tons of natural light and all the decorative florals hanging around. It is also quite beneficial for late fall and winter photo sessions as you probably won't find any other place with such colorful backgrounds warm shooting conditions.
This particular photograph of our bride and groom was taken during their pre-wedding session at Longwood Gardens' greenhouse at the beginning of November. We were lucky enough to have a very bright sunny day. You can see the sun piercing through the glass roof and lighting the couple in a perfect way. We randomly spotted those two huge potted plants which served as a great compositional element to frame the bride and groom.
