Brandywine Manor House, a unique wedding venue located in Honey Brook Pennsylvania, has so much to offer for the couples planning their Big Day. This photograph of our bride and groom was taken minutes after their outdoor ceremony. We already had a chance to shoot the majority of bridal party, family formals and bride and groom together portraits prior the ceremony. However, we couldn't resist the gorgeous sunset light that would disappear in a blink of an eye. So before the bride and groom were just about to leave for the cocktail hour, we kindly asked them if they didn't mind spent extra 5-10 minutes for some quick golden hour photographs. They gladly agreed. All we had to do is to get on the other side of the famous Brandywine Manor House pergola, right were the couple had their wedding ceremony, and position the bride and groom in the right spot. The main compositional idea was to have them framed in that beautifully backlit pergola branches and leaves. We did somewhere around from fifteen to twenty photographs from this scene, both close ups and panoramic, some candid and more formal ones, vertically and horizontally oriented.
